We're growing fast and looking for a motivated, design-savvy Sales Associate to join our tile & surfaces showroom team!

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist walk-in clients (designers, contractors, homeowners) in the showroom

· Follow up with leads, issue quotes, and close sales

· Manage customer orders and resolve product inquiries

· Maintain strong knowledge of tile, vinyl, quartz, and other surface materials

· Support trade program enrollment, client retention, and referral tracking

· Visit job sites, design studios, and potential retail/distribution partners to introduce Oscar Surfaces offerings and secure new accounts (B2B, consignment, or wholesale)

· Collaborate with marketing and fulfillment teams for promotional events and trade programs

· Represent the brand at expos, design community events, and local networking opportunities

Recommended Requirements:

· 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience (preferably in building materials, design, or construction)

· Strong interest or knowledge in interior finishes (tile, vinyl, quartz, stone)

· Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and POS platforms (e.g. Shopify)

· Excellent communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills

· Willingness to travel locally to prospect new clients and maintain relationships

· Bilingual (Spanish or Vietnamese) is a bonus depending on the service region

· Self-driven and goal-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

Compensation & Benefits:

· Base Salary: $46,800–$63,180 annually, based on experience

· Commission Model: 2–5% of net sales based on volume, with higher rates or bonuses for securing new B2B accounts, consignment partnerships, and trade program enrollments.
