Updated Notice: Pricing Adjustments Due to Tariff Changes (as of May 5, 2025)

At Oscar Surfaces Building Materials, we supply premium cabinets, vinyl, tiles, quartz, faucets, and bathroom accessories. Due to recent tariff updates, we must inform you of pricing changes:

Tariffs on imports from China have increased to 145% ( including anti-dumping duties of up to 262.2% and countervailing duties of up to 293.5% on wooden cabinets and bathroom accessories).
Tariffs on steel, aluminum, and related materials from Canada and Mexico are now 30% (increased from 25% as of early 2025).
Global supply chain costs have risen due to inflation and shipping disruptions.
As a result:

•  All pricing is subject to change at the time of order placement.
•  For imported products arriving in containers, pricing may be adjusted based on port arrival costs.
•  We strive to provide advance notice, but price changes may occur without prior warning.
•  We reserve the right to adjust, cancel, or decline orders misaligned with current market conditions. Our team is working to minimize impacts while ensuring top service and product availability.
