• Free freight shipping on orders over $1499 within the contiguous U.S.

Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will have their shipping costs calculated based on the shipping zip code, which can be viewed in the shopping cart.

 

Shipping Methods:

We offer shipping through reliable carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS, providing insurance and tracking for all shipments. Shipping times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) and depend on the carrier's cut-off time and warehouse processing.

 

Our shipping options include:

- Standard Ground Shipping takes 1-5 business days

- Second Day Air delivers in 2 business days

- Next Day Air arrives the next business day after shipment.

 

We also offer Freight (LTL) shipping, it is commonly used for large, heavy, or oversized items, as well as bulk shipments. Products are shipped via semi-truck and delivered curbside, with the customer responsible for moving the items from the curb to the final location. A package is considered large and bulky if it has one side longer than 108 inches, weighs more than 150 pounds, or has a length, width and height totaling more than 165 inches. Delivery times vary based on destination, weather, and other factors; however, in general, please allow 7 to 14 business days for delivery. The carrier will send a tracking email with instructions specific to the delivery, which may include different types of delivery options including in-person receipt or drop-off to the nearest main entrance of your home (or as close as possible for gated homes).

Cut-off times, which determine when an order must be placed to begin processing on the same day, vary by carrier. Shipping Locations:

 

Orders can be shipped to the contiguous U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii, but (not or do ship to PO boxes - need to be determined??? If we accept shipping to PO Box, then standard USPS shipping (3 - 7 business days) is available for orders at or below 70 pounds and within USPS standard dimensions). - Please confirm this information

 

International customers must use freight forwarding services. Standard delivery (3 - 7 business days) is available to APO/FPO/DPO (Military) addresses upon request and orders must weigh 70 pounds or less. For these orders, shipping rates are based on the weight of your order alone.

 

Backordered Products:

 

If an item is backordered, customers are notified within 24 hours and charged at the time of order. Shipping dates are confirmed, and cancellations may be possible before shipment. If an item has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

 

Damaged Products:

 

If a product is damaged during shipping, customers must report it within 30 days for ground shipments or within 2 business days for freight. Damaged products must be documented with photos for return or claim processing.
